FYI: It can take a few tries to save. This is due to a known issue with Apple. Thanks for your patience.
Click on the Lock tab in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
Click on the button to the right of Apps.
Long press on the group of apps you'd like to delete or edit
Click Delete if you'd like to delete or click Edit. We're going to show the editing process.
Select or deselect apps in the group, and click Done when you've updated the group to your liking.
